The role requires you to be very flexible with working hours as you will be dealing with all international time zones. You will be responsible for chasing and collecting all advertising artwork for the magazine, preparing and maintaining monthly working flatplans, and it will also be your responsibility to deal directly with international shippers and distributors for both retail and trade magazine purposes.

As a successful candidate, you will have proven experience in all of these elements. In addition, key requirements of the successful candidate will include:

The role also includes an in house IT maintenance capacity, so you must be proficient with work on both Mac and PC, and be confident and capable with server and system maintenance
